Transcript Request Instructions for FCA Alumni/Graduates: If you are an FCA HS Alum and need your transcripts to be sent to a college you must contact the FCA HS Registrar via email in order to request your transcripts to be mailed out. Official transcripts can only be sent to education or military institutions or to an employer (not directly to the student). Any transcript handed directly to an FCA Alum will be marked as "unofficial". Important: It can take 3-5 business days to process and send your transcripts. - Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Phone Number
- Year of FCA HS Graduation
- College/University/Institution to send transcripts to with address.
- Including contact name if you would like them to be addressed to any one in specific.
