While Faith Bible Chapel has provided the school with excellent facilities, it is our responsibility to ensure that there continues to be adequate funding to support FCA’s outstanding educational and extra-curricular programs. Tuition covers only a portion of each child's education; therefore, Faith Christian Academy offers several opportunities to invest in education. Giving OpportunitiesAnnual Giving: Gifts directly support current academic programs, co-curricular programs, educational technology, financial aid and faculty salaries. Endowment: Endowment gifts guarantee the long-term viability of the school by providing an ongoing source of funds for academic programs, financial aid and for retaining qualified faculty and staff. Gifts in Kind: Gifts of equipment, furniture or services provide needed resources without requiring capital expense. Matching Gifts: Companies who offer such programs often allow the individual gift to be doubled or tripled to the school. Planned Giving: These gifts provide the school with significant large-scale gifts of cash and/or property while providing donors with tax and estate distribution benefits through advanced will or trust planning. Tax Benefits: Every gift to Faith Christian Academy is tax deductible. As you review your year-end tax planning, we hope you will consider FCA. A year-end gift can significantly reduce your income taxes, while providing support for FCA. Please discuss tax planning with your financial/tax advisor. How to GiveCash: Many donors prefer the simplicity of a personal check, and find it the easiest way to make a gift. Credit Card: Credit card gifts are welcome. Please download and mail a signed credit card form to the FCA Accounting Office, 12189 W. 64th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80004 or call 303.424.7310, ext. 9-2209 for more information. Sponsor: Three opportunities for Sponsorship are the Faith Promise Celebration in the spring, the FCA Golf Tournament in the fall, and also in the form of signage in the FCA West Gymnasium. Pledges: Pledge gifts as well are encouraged at the Faith Promise Celebration in the spring and are designated to meet specific needs each year. Donations: Donations to the Silent Auctions as part of the Faith Promise Celebration in the spring and the annual FCA Golf Tournament in the fall, are a great part of the success of these events. Legacy Square: Honor a family member or loved one with a commemorative tile or paver inscription. Granite bench tile inscription locations are still available as well as multiple pavers within the center of Legacy Square. Now is an excellent time to honor a family member or loved one, while simultaneously enabling FCA to achieve this important capital campaign goal. Three benchmarks were established as part of this campaign: The first $200,000 was to be raised to pay for FCA’s portion of the athletic complex turf and track upgrade. To date $140,000 has been raised through generous donations given by the FCA community, the Legacy Square project, and FCA field rental agreements. Additionally, another $65,000 has been pledged over the next two years. Therefore, we are nearing completion of tier #1 of this capital campaign with $205,000 pledged or donated toward the installation of turf in the athletic complex. ![]() Tier #2 includes an additional $100,000 that will pay for FCA’s portion of the high school re-carpeting project. A portion of this project has been initiated with the completion of upper and lower hallways, while classrooms, cafeteria, and commons areas remain to be completed. Tier #3 includes an additional $100,000 that would be used to resurface the Ward Road Gym floor. Electronic Funds Transfer: Using the convenience of automatic electronic funds transfer, this simple and convenient process allows monthly or quarterly payments towards a pledge gift. The transfer is set up through a checking or savings account and is similar to a direct deposit. Please download and mail a signed funds transfer form to the FCA Accounting Office, 12189 W. 64th Avenue, Arvada, CO 80004. Matching Gift: Many employers offer matching gifts to certified non-profit organizations. Details about the matching gift program may be obtained through the Human Resources department at your workplace or by contacting the FCA Accounting Department at 303.424.7310, ext. 9-2209 FCA Business SponsorsWe would like to recognize the following local businesses for their financial partnership with Faith Christian Academy. Their generous gifts are making a profound impact in the lives of FCA students now and into the future. |
