Girls Basketball Clinic
For girls entering grades 1-8
(for the 2013-14 school year)
May 28-May 31, Tuesday through Friday
Session #1 for grades 1-3 from 10:00 to 11:45 am
Session #2 for grades 4-6 from noon to 1:45 pm
Session #3 for grades 7-8 from 2:00 to 3:45 pm
Clinic will be held at
62nd & Ward Road in the West Gym
Cost: $60.00 (Cost includes a camp t-shirt)

Boys Basketball Clinic
For boys entering grades 1-8
(for the 2013-14 school year)
June 3-6, Monday through Thursday
Session #1 for grades 1-3 from 10:00 to 11:45 am
Session #2 for grades 4-6 from noon to 1:45 pm
Session #3 for grades 7-8 from 2:00 to 3:45 pm

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REGISTRATION
VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ: Once you have e-mailed your registration, please mark your calendar with the appropriate dates. You will not receive a phone call or reminder that your son/daughter has been accepted to one of these clinics unless the clinic fills beyond capacity. Also, NO REFUNDS will be made once your registration is received.
FCA STUDENTS, DO NOT SEND MONEY -- YOUR FCA ACCOUNT WILL BE BILLED. Participants do not need to attend Faith Christian Academy – all are welcome! However, if your son/daughter is a student at Faith Christian, your account will be billed for the registration fee. If your child has a friend that does not attend FCA that wants to attend a clinic, his/her parents need to send a check for the amount (made out to “Faith Christian Academy”) on the first day of the clinic.
