.:: Vision ::.
In our elementary school, we are all working toward facilitating the work of the Holy Spirit in the hearts of our students. Our desire is to see each child give his/her heart to Jesus at an early age. Therefore, we aspire to model godly character for students in our daily lives.
Second, we endeavor to reinforce our elementary discipline program, which focuses on safety, respect, honesty, responsibility, and courtesy for each person at our school. We are working toward loving our neighbors as ourselves.
We also enjoy implementing our elementary A.C.T.S. program. A.C.T.S. stands for Acquiring Character Through Service. Each month, school wide, we focus on a different biblical character trait. One student from each classroom who has demonstrated that trait is nominated to participate in an outreach project, after enjoying a special pizza lunch with the elementary principals. Some of our past projects included writing letters to near by neighbors, preparing hygiene gift bags for the homeless, cleaning the school grounds, and preparing the art room with a thorough spring cleaning.
We believe that Jesus Christ is the cornerstone of our lives, and that at the elementary school level, our desire is to help lay the necessary foundation for a victorious, pleasing walk with our Lord. It is our joy and honor to be a part of this process.
.:: Spiritual Life ::.
Elementary School Chapel is a special time for students, staff & parents to enjoy worship and fellowship as an entire school. Parents are always invited to attend at 8:45 AM on Wednesdays in the Auditorium. We open with praise & worship led by our new music teacher, Stephanie Fletcher, our band director, Rob Wolcott, as well as other guest musicians.
In our corporate worship times our desire is to help students understand the amazing privilege of worshipping our precious Lord Jesus. We want to help each child to express his/her own love for the Father, Son & the Holy Spirit. Our desire is for our students to experience the leading of the Holy Spirit as He points us all continually to Jesus.
