Cabbage Patch Middle Schoolers

 

On October 5, 2011, 89 Seventh Graders, together with their teachers and chaperones, descended on a field in Gilcrest, Colorado, to participate in an outreach to harvest cabbages.  Project Glean is a program whereby Food Works (formerly Compa Ministries), in partnership with regional farmers and community volunteers, harvests fresh produce to provide for families and individuals in need.
