Faith Christian Academy cheerleaders exist to glorify God by encouraging and supporting athletic teams, promoting school spirit, and demonstrating Godly character on and off the field.

FCA cheer accomplishes its mission by adhering to the C.H.E.E.R standards below:

C – Character:  Character is the highest priority for the cheerleading team.

H – Heart for team:  We desire to be a team united by love and respect for  
one another.

E – Effort:  We give full effort in practice and during games so that we can  
strive for excellence in everything we do.

E – Engagement:  We are committed to being fully engaged at all games  
so that we can rally the fans and encourage the team.

R – Remember to have fun.  We will not forget to enjoy and have  
fun in what we do.

The 2011-2012 cheerleading squad is made up of young women from various grade levels including 3 seniors, 3 juniors, 4 sophomores, and 6 freshmen.  Despite having many first-time participants, the young team is strong and ready for a great season.

We are glad to welcome back Tess Brockmeyer, Alyssa Garza, Hannah Brandt, Annika Duden, Morgan Stahara, McKenna Duran, and Bekah Shull.

We are glad to welcome for the first time Forest Rodriguez, Julianna Small, April Smith, Annelise Aschfort, Maddie Evans, Kimberly Veccharelli, Taylor Smith, Lauren Yaffee, and Lizzi Eberhardt.

Team leaders include Tess Brockmeyer, Alyssa Garza, and Hannah Brandt.  These seniors provide strong leadership and experience that has is a valuable asset to the team.
